Terms and Conditions for Quality DRT Transportation
These Terms and Conditions govern the transportation services provided by Quality DRT Transportation. By booking a ride or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
Quality DRT Transportation provides professional non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and accessible transit. Our fleet includes specialized vehicles equipped with wheelchair lifts to ensure safe and comfortable transport for all passengers.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Reservations: We recommend booking services at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.
Cancellations: To avoid potential service fees, please provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Wait Policy: Drivers will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. If the passenger is not ready within this window, the trip may be marked as a "no-show" and subject to a fee.
3. Passenger Safety and Requirements
Safety Equipment: All passengers must be properly secured. Wheelchairs and other mobility devices must meet standard safety requirements for vehicle transport.
Assistance: Our drivers offer "door-to-door" assistance. However, for safety and liability reasons, drivers cannot provide medical care or enter private residences beyond the immediate entryway.
Behavior: We maintain a professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting aggressive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
4. Liability and Limitations
Delays: While we strive for punctuality, Quality DRT Transportation is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, heavy traffic, or road construction.
Personal Property: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Quality DRT Transportation is not responsible for items lost or left behind in the vehicles.
5. Payments and Billing
Payment is expected at the time of service unless a third-party billing agreement (such as insurance or a corporate contract) has been established beforehand.
